Illumination becomes trust
Every engagement begins in the open. Teams adopt what leadership is honest about — especially AI.
Executive coaching · AI + EQ leadership
Your next competitive advantage may depend less on the technology you acquire and more on how effectively you lead. Executive coaching for CEOs and senior teams from Timothy Cormier — twenty-five years of leadership development, built on one wheel and four directions: trust, collaboration, empathy and respect.
The executive challenge
Are you transforming your business, or simply making yesterday’s processes faster? Leading AI adoption is a leadership question before it is a technology one.
AI + EQ = the future of leadership
AI gives us capability. EQ gives us humanity. Leadership brings the two together. Technology can expand what’s possible; your people, leadership and execution determine what’s valuable. The four directions are how we bring the two together.
East · Beginnings
Every engagement begins in the open. Teams adopt what leadership is honest about — especially AI.
South · Growth
Growth is a team act. We redesign how people — and now machines — work together, not just what tools they hold.
West · Reflection
The honest look inward. Leaders who understand what their people feel move faster than leaders who only read reports.
North · Wisdom
Wisdom is the tough conversation held early and honestly. Respect is how strategy survives contact with reality.
The medicine wheel — a teaching shared by many Indigenous nations — holds that growth moves through all four directions in turn, and that a leader who skips one arrives incomplete. Timothy's practice includes executive work with First Nations leadership, and the wheel's balance of vision, growth, reflection and wisdom is the architecture behind his four-step process — and behind the AI + EQ blueprint: technology in balance with humanity.
Three ways to work together

Book TimothyThe journey — four steps, like the wheel
A structured path from vision to measurable impact.
Your challenges, opportunities, goals and AI readiness — a clear roadmap before anything moves.
Customized strategies and programs for leadership growth and organizational excellence.
Leaders and teams put strategy into action — aligned, accountable and measured.
Refine and adapt for sustained success as your business and your tools evolve.
How the work begins
The old way asked leaders to choose between a single session and an eighteen-month commitment on day one. The wheel doesn't work that way, and neither do we — the path starts small and earns its way deeper.
Thirty minutes. No pitch, no fee. Where is AI creating friction — in your plan, or in your people?
Weeks, not months, working side by side with your leadership team: assess, then co-create your AI + EQ blueprint. It's yours to keep either way.
Only when the blueprint proves itself: coaching, workshops and keynotes that put it to work — as deep and as long as the results justify.
About Timothy
Hi, I'm Timothy Cormier {kor·mee·ay}.
Twenty-five years developing leaders inside Micron, DIRECTV, Eli Lilly, Blue Cross of Idaho, TracFone and Verizon — including leading enterprise talent development through one of telecom's largest acquisitions, and serving as Dean of TracFone University.
I'm a certified Senior Executive Strategy Advisor and a former Head of a Center of Excellence for Talent Development. I've taught leadership from Idaho to Indiana to Miami — and every place taught me something the last one couldn't.
Miami is my home because it refuses to let you stay in your own head. Every culture here hands you a new way of seeing people. That's the job, too.
I'm passionate, I'm friendly, and I will hold the tough conversation the moment it's the one you need — because respect isn't agreement, it's honesty.
Be the CEO of your career. Titles change, industries churn, and the tools underneath the work are being rewritten right now. What travels with you is judgement, presence and the ability to bring people with you — and that is what we build.
Before you read the book
What must we rethink because AI exists?
What do we know, what does it mean, and what should we do?
How willing am I to learn, unlearn, and change my mind?
Are we making existing work faster, or creating better outcomes?
The book is where Timothy works through them.
The forthcoming book
AI + EQ = The Future of Leadership
An executive leadership book that happens to be about the AI age — not another book about AI that happens to mention leadership.
Think Bigger. Lead Braver. Live Abundantly.
“When information becomes abundant, judgment becomes scarce.”
“The question is not: ‘What can AI do?’ The question is: ‘What should we do because AI can?’”
“The best leaders aren’t the ones with all the answers. They’re the ones who create better questions.”
Proven results
Voices from the circle — chiefs, HR leaders, operators and authors who have done the work.
“As a Chief navigating high-stakes decisions and complex team dynamics, I appreciate Tim as a sounding board and team partner who challenges my thinking, sharpens my vision, and helps me lead with greater clarity, insight and purpose.”
“His ability to connect quickly and deeply with people, inspire action, and lead with authenticity is unmatched.”
“A rare gift for asking the right questions — the ones that push you to think deeper, lead bolder, and align your actions with your highest potential.”
“He balances tremendous experience with deep humility; results-oriented coaching with compassionate service.”
“Infectious energy and the ability to work a room — our employee survey results improved amazingly, year over year.”
